At Brenda’s Custom Crafts, we take pride in getting your handmade items to you safely and efficiently. Each order is prepared with care and attention to detail, ensuring that your purchase arrives just as beautifully as it was made.
1. Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and destination.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery location.
2. Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items typically leave our studio within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order or custom pieces may take additional time, depending on the level of customization.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
For our Tampa Bay, Florida customers, we’re happy to offer:

4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery times, please note that carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances are beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to assist you if an issue arises.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our studio to your doorstep.
