All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout. Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only using USPS and UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Customers in the Tampa Bay, Florida area may request local delivery or pickup by appointment.

4. Handmade & Custom Items

Each product is individually handmade, and slight variations in color, size, or stitching are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted goods.

Custom orders are created specifically for you and are non-returnable once production has begun.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

• Custom or personalized items: Non-returnable.

• Non-custom items: May be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Repairs or modifications: If it’s our error, no charge. If it’s a customer request, a small fee may apply.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our fault.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and photos. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or update pricing without prior notice.
