Refund & Return Policy

Brenda’s Custom Crafts

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Brenda’s Custom Crafts. Because each piece is crafted with care, our policies are designed to balance fairness with the nature of handmade goods.


1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order or personalized just for you.
As a result, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Office@BrendasCustomCrafts.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


2. Repairs & Modifications

If you need a size adjustment, repair, or other modification:

  • If the issue is our fault, we will correct it at no charge.

  • If the modification is by customer request (e.g., resizing, design change, etc.), a small fee may apply. We’ll provide an estimate before any work is performed.


3. Returns & Exchanges for Non-Custom Items

Generic (non-custom) clothing and gift items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, email us at Office@BrendasCustomCrafts.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first. We’ll help you process the exchange efficiently and let you know of any price differences or restocking needs.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly replace, repair, or refund the item once verified.
