Are all of your products handmade?
Yes! Every piece at Brenda’s Custom Crafts is handmade in the USA. From our children’s clothing to our unique gifts, each item is crafted with care, quality materials, and attention to detail. Many are made-to-order, ensuring your purchase is truly special.
Do you make custom orders?
Absolutely. Many of our items can be customized — whether you’d like a specific size, fabric, or color combination. Simply reach out to Office@BrendasCustomCrafts.com with your request, and we’ll be happy to discuss the options.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times depend on the type of item:

Ready-to-ship items: Usually ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order or personalized items: May take 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity.
We’ll always keep you updated and send tracking once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only using USPS and UPS.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Custom or made-to-order items: Non-returnable, since they’re created just for you.

Generic (non-custom) items: May be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Office@BrendasCustomCrafts.com with photos of the issue. If the problem is on our end, we’ll make it right — whether by repair, replacement, or refund.
Can you repair or modify an item after purchase?
Yes! We can often adjust, repair, or modify items.

If it’s a customer-requested change (like resizing or redesigning), a small fee may apply.
We’ll always give you an estimate before beginning any work.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes — for customers in the Tampa Bay, Florida area, we offer both local delivery and pickup by appointment. Just contact us after checkout to schedule a time.
How should I care for my handmade clothing?
We recommend gentle care to preserve the quality of your handmade items:
